Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, are subject to forfeiture of the session fee. Exceptions may be made at Pure Strike’s discretion in the event of an emergency.

This policy applies equally to the Golf Performance Assessment, Manual Therapy / Recovery and 1-on-1 Personal Training.

Pure Strike app subscriptions are managed through the app, the subscription page or your app store account, under the terms presented at purchase.
