Is the app a replacement for coaching?

It’s the Pure Strike method, delivered digitally. Coaching adds a coach — in person or remote — who builds and adjusts the plan with you.

Is Pure Strike medical treatment?

No. Pure Strike is fitness and performance training. It doesn’t diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions.
